We agree a revenue share percentage before any work begins. Every sale generated goes through your payment infrastructure and my share is paid out on an agreed schedule. Everything is transparent and documented before we start.

DISCUSSED ON THE 2ND CALL That depends on the product, the level of involvement and the complexity of the launch. We discuss and agree the specifics once I've presented the full proposal and you can see exactly what you're getting. What I can tell you is that my incentive is always aligned with yours - I only win when you win.

There's no lock-in period. The goal is a long-term partnership because that's where the real return builds - for both of us. But you're never trapped. If it's not working for either of us, we talk about it.

If the launch doesn't generate revenue, I don't get paid. That's the model. It's also why I invest significant time upfront validating the opportunity before we build anything. I don't launch products I don't believe in.
